In development · launch targeted November–December 2026
A T3 and RL-16 working-paper file that takes beneficiary amounts to supported slips, recomputed derived boxes, summaries and a CSV for Taxprep.
The workbook prepares T3 slips from one row per beneficiary, with the T3 Summary, and RL-16 slips and the RL-16 Summary where the trust or the beneficiary is in Québec. Derived Boxes recomputes boxes 50, 32, 51, 39 and 26 and RL-16 boxes I and J from the Rates tab, a capital loss (box 21) or an ACB addition (box 42) is entered as a negative amount, and Slip View and a Prior Year matched on the box 12 identifier support review. The file ships with 25 slip rows, and the Export Import to CSV button writes the file Taxprep imports.
The 2025 season: T3 (25) forms and 2025 dividend rates, for trust taxation years ending in 2025; another year end reads ERROR.
The printed T3 Summary and RL-16 totals are computed for review and not imported; Taxprep derives them. RL-16 amounts import only through the complementary boxes, and the T3-to-RL-16 box mapping shown is inferred from the form captions.

No. It prepares and documents the figures; filing takes place in the tax software after the CSV import described on the import and export page.
Yes. The .xlsm carries the macros behind its buttons: the tab filter, row sizing where the workbook repeats rows, and the Taxprep CSV. They act on the workbook and write only that CSV, beside it. There are no external links.
Sheets are supplied without active protection. Cell lock flags allow protection to be enabled when needed.
Minor corrections to the purchased edition are included under the terms of sale. A new tax year is a separate edition.
Not yet. Launch is targeted for November–December 2026; the price shown is the planned in-house licence price.
