14-day technical compatibility guarantee. If a workbook cannot be made to operate as documented after a reasonable support attempt, the purchase is refunded.
How a Refund Works
- Contact support first, at [email protected], describing the problem and what you have already tried. See our Support Policy for what support can address.
- Give us a reasonable opportunity to help. Most compatibility issues are resolved at this stage.
- If the workbook still cannot be made to work as documented, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and the support steps already tried. We will refund the purchase.
What the two periods measure. Both run from the date of your purchase. The 14 days runs to your first support request in step 1 — not to step 3 — so a slow diagnosis does not forfeit the guarantee. The 90 days is an outer limit on the guarantee itself: it expires 90 days after your purchase, whatever the state of the support conversation and whenever the problem was first reported.
What This Does Not Cover
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind on a Template that has already been delivered. Our Templates are digital files, downloadable immediately on purchase; once delivered, no longer needing it is not grounds for a refund.
Seller of Record and How Refunds Are Paid
TaxWorkbooks sells directly to you as the seller of record. Our storefront and delivery are hosted on Payhip, but your payment is processed through our own connected payment account (Stripe or PayPal); Payhip does not hold or issue your funds. Refunds under the guarantee are issued back to your original payment method through that same payment processor. TaxWorkbooks determines the method and timing of a refund. Whether the guarantee above applies is not a matter of our discretion: if its conditions are met, the purchase is refunded.
